Dealmaker / Sales Professional

We're looking for a new Dealmaker to join our team!

Are you a mid-level Dealmaker / Sales Professional looking for your next opportunity? Do you have experience in the staffing industry?

We’re an NYC-based technology advisory firm focused on finding the right candidates for our clients in three main areas:

  • Software development
  • Design
  • Project/product management

Your primary responsibilities will be to uncover and connect with new prospective clients, relay our advantage story, and differentiate our offering from everyone else's (don't worry, we've already done all the hard work on this, you get to be the evangelist)! You'll work primarily with the CEO and the Head of Recruitment to close clients, and deliver the best candidates - while maintaing a fantastic working relationship with clients. Our NUMBER ONE priority is to be a value-added, long term partner with clients.

All the while, you will use our "Dealmaker 6" sales process - which has driven $31B in revenue over the course of 30 years. Additionally, for the right candidate you’ll have the opportunity to build out your own sales team under you.

We offer a generous, uncapped 100% commission structure, and the ability to work (mostly) from home for the first 3 months. At the end of the "trial period" we're looking to bring people in as a full-time W2 employee - inclusive of a base as well as commission.
